Daily Mail citations

edit

The "surgeon's photograph" originally appeared in the Daily Mail, so I included citations to the Daily Mail about the photo's publication. They were reverted under WP:RS. I think they should be allowed under WP:ABOUTSELF, but in any case, I'm including them here for posterity.[1][2][3] Flaggingwill (talk) 12:52, 15 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

A section on this topic would, I think, be of interest. For instance, the best of the Gerry Anderson 'Stingray' episodes featured an investigation by Troy Tempest and company which was very funny and is available on YouTube. I won't spoil it here! And there was an episode of 'The Saint' starring Roger Moore called 'The Convenient Monster' which I won't spoil either. There must be a few more out there I'm not aware of.

Origin Myth

edit

Im not sure whoever wrote this probably but the people believed it was a loch ness monster because loch ness monster is a part of scottish mythology, its an underwater sea serpent who used to be evil and lure people into various traps eventually drowning them. Its still a myth but people believe nowadays there is a loch ness monster it just hides under the land. There are some articles about the whole loch ness monster myth online, this is a basic and preview knowledge. 98.113.14.118 (talk) 01:46, 12 March 2025 (UTC)Reply

Alex Campbell (are they the same?)

edit

In "Alexander Macdonald (1888)" the Macdonald reported his sighting to water bailiff Alex Campbell, 45 years later "Aldie Mackay (1933)" Alex Campbell the water bailiff and journalist is involved. Is this the same Alex Campbell?
